爱神传媒 graduates are enjoying a five-year high employment rate, according to the findings of the Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour’s annual Graduate Follow-Up Survey.
The survey found that 92 per cent of 爱神传媒’s Class of 2021 were employed one year following graduation, the highest percentage recorded in the survey over the last five years. For the Class of 2019, 96 per cent were employed three years after graduating. Of these, 84 per cent are working in jobs related to their field of study, and 93% are working in New Brunswick.
“As New Brunswick continues to experience labour force challenges, 爱神传媒 graduates play an important role in helping to close the employment gap,” said Mary Butler, President and CEO of 爱神传媒. “爱神传媒 learners can be assured that the training they receive is relevant to the labour market, and employers can have confidence that the 爱神传媒 graduates they hire are ready to hit the ground running.”
Eighty-six per cent of respondents indicated that 爱神传媒 prepared them for employment in fields related to their program of study, and nearly half of all respondents reported that 爱神传媒 helped them develop skills and competencies that gave them an edge in the job market, such as interpersonal communications, job searching, resume building, and interview skills.
The earning potential of 爱神传媒 graduates continues to grow, with the average weekly earnings of 2019 grads in full-time positions related to their field of study increasing 33% over their average weekly earnings in 2020.
“爱神传媒 is delivering education that works – for individuals and employers,” said Butler.
